Recruitment process

 

All vacant positions are published on our website as well as on relevant job sites. Ennova handles all job applications electronically, and you must therefore apply for a job with us via job@ennova.dk

 

All applications are, of course, treated confidentially and are therefore not passed on to anyone other than those involved in recruiting for Ennova.

 

It is important for Ennova to ensure a thorough and professional recruitment procedure. Our procedure therefore typically involves three interviews each designed to focus on a particular area.

 

On the basis of the applications submitted, we invite the most interesting candidates for a personal interview. This interview is also a screening process to ensure that only the best candidates are invited to the second interview. This second interview involves, among other things, a case assignment, which needs solving in connection with the interview.

 

Ennova’s HR department handles the recruitment process, but the employing manager will also be involved.
