Donning the tool belt
You don’t lose weight simply by standing on the scales. This may be an exact, action-oriented tool, but employee surveys still need structured follow-up.

The survey helps you to identify local or organisational challenges, but changes need to come from within. By establishing a follow-up process that is appropriate for your strategy and business procedures, we can optimise the value of your survey.

Ennova offers a wide range of options for getting help in the various phases of the employee survey:

Advice for managers
The objective is to present the department’s results to the department, and to jointly produce an action plan.
We ensure that the department has a shared understanding of everyday work and goals. Going through matters together ensures back-up for the action plan based on a common standpoint.

Questionnaire workshop
By carrying out questionnaire workshops, we ensure that employee and managerial input is used when constructing the questionnaire. It also ensures a higher level of involvement by both managers and employees from the outset. In the workshop, we uncover relevant issues, workflows and language use unique to the organisation.

Introduction for HR managers
In large organisations requiring several HR advisors to help with follow-up and introduce new managers to the concepts of the survey, Ennova can help by holding workshops for relevant employees in the HR department.

Communication plan
An overview of all communication involved in the survey. The purpose is to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the survey and know why it is being initiated, what is happening with the survey now and in the near future, and what their roles, tasks and responsibilities are in connection with the survey.

Manager day
The objective is to offer a joint introduction to the survey or to an activity within the survey. This creates a shared framework and understanding of the survey, so that participants then feel safe regarding issues such as anonymity, the purpose of the survey, the practical aspects and how the results are to be used (and not used).
