All projects which Ennova carries out are concluded with a customer satisfaction survey which forms the basis for initiating relevant improvement measures.

 

The average level of customer satisfaction for all projects completed by Ennova is very high. Three years in a row, the average level of satisfaction has reached above 80 index points out of 100, ranking us among the very best companies compared by the Danish Customer Index.
