Communicative competence
Communication is a central part of our consultants' daily working lives. We regard the communicative competence as being especially important as we often have to advise companies and organisations on the basis of an advanced statistical foundation. Ennova is also characterised by having an extensive customer portfolio across various sectors and industries, and we endeavour to adapt our communication to the individual customer.
Simplifying the complex!
All our reports are developed for the individual customer. We believe in targeted communication and always enter into a close dialogue with our customers to decide the right form. Usually, the exercise involves translating our complex surveys into a simple and operational tool for a manager or sales manager.
Developing our communicative competence
We aim to challenge each other communicatively on a daily basis. We hold internal presentations, also sparring with each other before and after meetings and presentations. We strive to implement best practice within project management and project dialogue, and ask customers to evaluate our projects to gain input for improvements.
