Numbers never lie
Basically, our method allows you to identify what is important to the individual employee. Our surveys do not simply measure motivation, satisfaction, engagement and faithfulness. They also measure what drives these factors for the individual employee.
Using this method, we can divide the company’s employees into a range of personal profiles (archetypes), each of which have differing preferences and requirements. These profiles allocate differing levels of importance to the seven focus areas. The organisation must be aware of this when establishing goals in the aftermath of the employee survey.

Using statistical calculations, Ennova discloses the impact of the various focus areas on job satisfaction. We can offer specific recommendations to each manager using cause-effect models.
Our priority maps are based on calculations of impact, and use statistical methods to investigate the nature of job satisfaction. The Ennova method is the only one on the market that can identify what drives job satisfaction down at department level (without compromising anonymity, obviously).
Once we have obtained the employees’ evaluations and calculated the impact of an improvement in each category, we can produce a priority map.
Communication of results, including reporting, represents a major aspect of any employee survey. Learn more about Ennova’s approach here>>.
